George McManus received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Illinois State University and his Juris Doctorate from University of Arkansas School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He has been practicing law since 1998. George enjoys the opportunity to get to know his clients and being afforded the opportunity to help them through some of life’s tough times. He is very passionate about representing their interests and is personally invested in every case. George remains an advocate for every client in every situation, whether it is the difficult times or the happy times, such as adoptions or selling a home. George is the past President of the Springdale Kiwanis Club, member of St. Raphael Catholic Church, active with Springdale Youth Baseball, and enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family.
Melissa McManus graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Technical Writing.
In 1998 she graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor.
After 17 years of legal experience Melissa still has a strong desire to help her clients when they are faced with difficult situations. She began her legal career opening the firm, Conner & McManus, Attorneys at Law in Fayetteville, with a colleague. In 2000, Melissa along with her husband, George McManus, moved their office to Springdale and opened McManus Law Firm where they have remained. Her main areas of practice are domestic relations (divorce, custody, child support, and paternity), adoptions, bankruptcy, and estate planning. She is admitted to practice in the federal court in the Western District of Arkansas and she is certified as an ad litem in circuit court.
Melissa and George have two daughters who are their first priority. Melissa is a member and past president of the Springdale Kiwanis Club, she is a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church and she actively volunteers at her children’s schools.
Andreina Rivera
Jennifer Caldera is a 2015 graduate of Har-Ber High School and is a life-long resident of Springdale. She has extensive customer service experience and is committed to her community. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys helping other women feel beautiful through her work as a make-up artist and hopes to become a beautician. Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and her daughter. She also enjoys a challenge and finding quotes that inspire her. “Fall seven times, get up eight.”
Maria Ballesteros joined McManus Law Firm in October 2018, she has been in the legal field since 2010 and prior to that she was in customer service. Maria moved to Arkansas in 2008 with her daughter from California. Maria enjoys helping the clients at McManus Law Firm with all their problems and needs. Maria also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
